There’s no doubt Manchester United will need to see the transfer errors related to the great Scott McTominai since moving to Naples last summer.
Scotland International may be heading to win Serie A in his first season in Italy with 13 goals and two assists in all club and country competitions so far this season.
McTominay was very underrated during Man Utd and was nothing more than a team player at the club under many different managers.
Still, we are now seeing the best McTominai under Antonio Conte. At this point, it’s clear he’s holding back the midfielder who stayed at United.
Will Manchester United bring Scott McTominai back this summer?
I imagine there are a lot of United fans who want to see McTominay return to Old Trafford quickly, but how much is it possible?
Given that McTominay grew up in Red Devils and rose to his feet through the academy, he was sure it would be difficult to turn them down if he tried to bring him back.
At the same time, United are not in great shape at the moment, so there seems to be little reason to leave the club where informative talent like McTominay has revived his career.
McTominay is pretty good in Naples and he is one of several players who improved after leaving MUFC.
Marcus Rashford and Antony have also looked much better since leaving United in January due to a loan move. You’ll probably send the message that escape the Red Devils is one of the best things you can do for your career.
Meanwhile, many who have joined United in recent years have retreated, along with celebrities such as Paul Pogba, Alexis Sanchez, Jadon Sancho and Andre Onana, among other recent examples.
McTominay is clearly an upgrade to United Need in their midfield, and they should make sure they do everything they can to find out what to invite him in, but at the same time, McTominay himself would probably recommend saying “Thank you, but I’m not grateful.”
