Bournemouth attacker Antoine Semeño has linked his move away from the club at the end of the season, and former Premier League Scoutmic Brown believes he can go to Manchester United.
Brown told Football Insider:
“He fits the bill for the type of player that Reuben Amorim is looking for, he is strong, quick, working hard and with ample energy.
“Amorim likes to play his 3-4-3 system and Semeño can fit in any of these three positions, so that’s another point of his favor.
“So, based on all of that, to give him credit, he has a great season and is definitely in the frame to join Man United. I think he’s a good option.”
Antoine Semegno did well
The 25-year-old attacker has been impressive this season and has 11 goals for his name. Ghana International won six assists along the way. He proved to be a quality acquisition of Manchester United.
Semeño has often settled in the Premier League and could have made an immediate impact at Old Trafford if he joined the club. They need more quality and depth with attacking units, and the versatile 25-year-old is ideal for them. He can work on the sides and the center. He certainly helps Manchester United improve in the future.
He is also linked to Arsenal and Liverpool.
Man United needs improvements
Joshua Zilky and Rasmus Hozilund are overwhelming, and Manchester United need what they need at their own pace. Signing a proven Premier League performer might be a wise decision.
The opportunity to join Manchester United is also extremely exciting for Africans. It is a step in his career and he aims to fight with them for the trophy in the near future.
It will be interesting to see if the two clubs can agree to a reasonable deal at the end of the season. It’s a disappointing season for Manchester United, and in the summer they need to strengthen their teams with quality signatures.
