Man City trail PSG
Manchester City are currently locked in a Champions League clash with French powerhouse, PSG.
City headed into the game no doubt full of confidence after picking up a huge 1-0 win over title rivals, Chelsea, this past weekend.
PSG, though, have a superb side and would start the game at the Parc des Princes with a front-three of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi.
And, with 45 minutes gone, it is the hosts who lead. Man City have certainly been involved in the tie, but have failed to take their chances – one of which saw Bernardo Silva miss an open goal from around two yards.
PSG, on the other hand, took just eight minutes to open the scoring, with Idrissa Gueye rifling an effort into the top corner of City’s net:
When you’ve got Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe up front…
But Idrissa Gueye gets the big goal!

Man United fans unhappy with Kevin De Bruyne decision
As well as being a goal down, some fans are also arguing that Man City should perhaps be a man down.
This is due to a fairly dangerous tackle by Kevin De Bruyne towards the end of the first 45, which saw him receive just a yellow card:
Should Kevin De Bruyne see red for this tackle? 🤔#PSGMCI // #UCL pic.twitter.com/6MUixbFnH2

Following the Belgian only receiving a yellow, Man United fans have take to Twitter to express their displeasure at this due to their player, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, being sent off for a similar challenge vs Young Boys in the Champions League earlier this month:
Ngl that De Bruyne’s challenge was worse than the Wan Bissaka challenge that got him sent off. Guess it’s double standards😬

Wan Bissaka shown a red for his challenge against Young Boys but De Bruyne gets a yellow for a worse challenge?
These double standards are ridiculous.. pic.twitter.com/RljVmWN6nf

How’s De Bruyne not sent off there. Its worse than what Wan bissaka did. Not even checked by VAR. #PSGMCI #ChampionsLeague

Basically then Wan Bissaka got a red because he plays for United, De Bruyne got a yellow because he plays for City. #CorruptUefa

Wan bissaka gets sent off for the same thing yet De bruyne is still playing on, just don’t understand this shit

Sooooo Wan Bissaka gets a red and the player can still play, De Bruyne does the same to Gueye but he can’t carry on and he walks off Scott Free? say no more.
