Cristiano Ronaldo tells Solskjaer and co. how his Man United goal ratio can be increased

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Man United stint

Cristiano Ronaldo would of course re-join Manchester United during the summer transfer window.

Despite being 36 years of age, Ronaldo has instantly become a regular feature at Man United and has started every United game since he returned, barring the League Cup defeat to West Ham, which CR7 was not in the squad for.

In the five ties he has started in, though, Ronaldo has been as prolific as ever. The Portuguese marked his return to England by netting a brace in Man United’s 4-1 win over Newcastle.

He would also score a key goal vs West Ham in the Premier League as Man United came from 1-0 down to win 2-1.

In the Champions League, meanwhile, Ronaldo netted United’s only goal in the loss to Young Boys then, earlier this week, scored the winning goal vs Villarreal:

As a result, Ronaldo now has five in five for the Red Devils, a fine record for any striker.

However, Ronaldo appears to believe that his goal ratio can still be improved upon at Man United.

According to ESPN, Ronaldo has told Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his coaches how he can further increase his goal ratio, with the veteran forward urging United to become sharper and quicker when distributing the ball in the opponents half:

Ronaldo has made it clear to Solskjaer and his coaches that he can further increase his goal ratio if United become sharper and quicker when distributing the ball in the opposition half.
