Footage of Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman reacting to the goal netted by Luis Suarez against his charges has gone viral online this evening.
Lemar amongst the goals
Koeman’s men are of course currently locked in La Liga action.
After slipping to a 2nd successive 3-0 defeat of the Champions League campaign during the week, the Blaugrana made the trip to Atletico Madrid, eyeing a morale-boosting three points.
As things stand at the Wanda Metropolitano, however, Barcelona are well on their way to another disheartening loss.
Diego Simeone’s hosts lead by two goals to nil, courtesy of strikes from Thomas Lemar and, almost as if written in the stars, former Camp Nou favourite Luis Suarez:

Koeman fumes
Making Suarez’s effort against his former club this evening an even more significant one, meanwhile, is the fact that it came just days after the Uruguayan chose to take aim at under-fire Blaugrana tactician Ronald Koeman.
Suarez, speaking to the media, accused Koeman of treating him like ‘a 15-year-old boy’ before he was eventually forced out of Catalunya last summer:
Luis Suarez: “Koeman treated me as if I was a 15-year-old boy, and Bartomeu showed the dressing room as if I was a ‘harmful figure’.”

In turn, it should not come as too much of a surprise to hear that Koeman, sitting in the Metropolitano stands amid a touchline ban, was left nothing short of disgusted upon his former charge slotting home late in the first-half.
