2025 Emilia-Romagna Worldsbk: Race 1 Results

Misano World Circuit Race 1 results at Marco Simoncelli’s Emilia-Romagana Worldsbk.

Toprak Razgatlioglu defeated Nicolo Bulega to win World SBK Race 1 at Misano.

The Turkish rider started from Paul’s position after Brega, who qualified fastest, punished three grid positions along with Andrea Iannone for thwarting Danilo Petrucci in the Super Pole.

Razgatlioglu took a lead from the start, but ran a big turn 1 on the opening lap and fell to the fourth.

At the same time, Brega moved forward and passed Axel Bassani to get a lead on turn 11 on the opening lap.

Razgatlioglu came third one turn after Andrea Locatelli, and Bassani was handed second when he crashed on turn 6 on lap 2.

From there, Razgatlioglu and Bulega fought for the rest of the race, with Razgatlioglu leading on lap 5 when Bulega ran on turn 9.

The two were pulled apart 16 seconds by the end of the race, and Razgatlioglu was able to pull apart to a 1 second song in the final few laps. On the list of 64 all-time winners, it was a victory that moved Razgatriogul ahead of Alvaro Bautista.

Brega claimed second, with Danilo Petrucci finishing from 8th to 3rd on the grid.

Andrea Rocatelli finished just behind Lowes in fifth place.

Sam Rose went over sixth, but was given a post-race penalty that exceeded the track limit, dropping to seventh behind Alvaro Bautista after the flag.

Bautista raced cluttered from 11th, finishing sixth after a Lowes penalty and a few run-ons and mistakes, but finished in the top 10 ahead of Jari Monterra, Eaker Recuona and Scott Redding.

When Razgatlioglu ran 8 turns on the first lap, he met a moment of Dominique Aegerter and Bahattin Sofuoglu, crashing together in the back.

Remy Gardner, Andrea Iannone and Michael van der Mark also crashed.
