The 2025 NBA Draft is a few hours away, with some teams trying to move up and down in the draft order.
The NBA world witnessed 72 hours of chaotic things. After confetti was wiped out by the Oklahoma City Thunder’s NBA Championship victory, fans quickly turned their attention to the NBA Draft.
Kevin Durant’s deal with the Rockets on Sunday made fans not expect any loud noise on that front from other teams.
However, many deals have been destroyed in the last few days as Jrue Holiday goes to The Trail Blazers and Jordan Poole is a Pelican star.
Don’t expect the madness to be slower than the 2025 NBA Draft as teams pick up the phone to make some moves to put themselves in the best possible position.

All of the above teams are more likely to move ahead of the NBA Draft. Brooklyn Net is virtually guaranteed to do business with.
Given how much the net wants to land Ace Bailey, it makes sense that they use their assets to rise. Cam Johnson is a big favorite to be traded at night.
But the rest of the team is also looking at the big night moves. Not every team can get what they want because executives are reluctant to abandon their assets.
