Imora Out and Madrid are included
Featuring a completely different car and power unit, the new era of Formula 1 begins as the Australian Grand Prix and the season opener before heading to China a week later.
Japan will be a standalone race before doubleheaders in the Middle East, with Bahrain and Saudi Arabia once again taking place at a later date for Ramadan.
The biggest change to the 2026 Formula 1 calendar has resulted in Imola dropping out, adding a new race in Madrid to the schedule, leaving it at 24 rounds of the second consecutive season.
Canada moved to early slots in late May to help make cargo travel more efficient and create an integrated European leg of the calendar. Along with Miami, it will be a standalone event.
The 2026 European stretch for the Formula 1 season begins in Monaco on June 7th and ends in Spain with the new “Mud Ring” on September 13th.
The F1 2026 schedule comes at the end of the season with one less triple header.
The first is across from Austin, Mexico and Brazil before the season ends with a triple header consisting of Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi on December 6th.
