    • Saturday’s Premier League double

The Premier League will get a lot of attention on Saturday as all of Europe’s elite return home from their respective November international breaks this weekend.

Manchester City’s trip to St James’ Park concludes an afternoon of blockbuster action, with seven top-flight teams from across the country taking on the action.

For those looking to keep their Saturday busy, here are some of the most attractive Premier League betting tips available.

12:30 Burnley vs Chelsea

Chelsea will be dreaming of a repeat here as they stage a customary 3-0 thrashing at home against a Wolves side who are in the midst of a public nightmare heading into the November two-week interval. Enzo Maresca’s men will be excited about this weekend’s trip to Lancashire, knowing they could rocket into silver medal status, at least temporarily. Despite suffering a crushing 2-1 defeat at home to Premier League newcomers Sunderland last month, that appears to have been just a blip for Saturday’s guests. In fact, Chelsea have lost just one of their last nine appearances in all competitions. Maresca’s side won an emphatic 4-3 away win against Wolves in the EFL Cup on October 29 and will be thrilled with his team’s clinical performance in the final three. He has scored 21 goals in the Premier League this season, but so far only Manchester City (23) have scored more goals in the top flight.

Burnley could have ended October with back-to-back Premier League wins, but it may have been just a small boost for the Clarets. Scott Parker’s side may have returned to the top flight this season, but it’s no secret that Saturday’s hosts are almost universally looked at as relegation candidates this time around. The former Fulham manager’s struggling side have lost five of their past seven games in all competitions, although the former Fulham manager was last seen in a 3-2 defeat away to West Ham. Burnley continue to have worrying defensive problems after suffering an infamous 2-1 home defeat to Cardiff in League One on September 23, resulting in their infamous exit from the EFL Cup. Parker’s relegated side, who ended September by beating Man City 5-1, have already scored 22 goals in the Premier League and have the third-worst defensive record among England’s elite sides.

Burnley vs Chelsea betting tips: Joao Pedro, 13/8 against Privet with over 1.5 shots on target

15:00 Bournemouth vs West Ham

Bournemouth may have deservedly received a string of accolades since Andoni Iraola’s return in the summer of 2023, but the Cherries have struggled to find real stability ahead of the November international break. The hosts last suffered their worst performance of the season, falling 4-0 away to Aston Villa, and suffered back-to-back defeats in the Premier League for the first time this season. Similarly, former Rayo Vallecano, who began November with a 3-1 defeat at Manchester City, has seen his team win just two of their past seven top-flight appearances. But Bournemouth will be thrilled to return to vitality here as they set their sights on mounting a serious European attack once again. Iraola’s side have picked up 13 points from their first five Premier League games in front of supporters, including an impressive 3-1 win over Fulham last month, and are tipped to be favorites this weekend.

Nuno Espirito Santo may have struggled to find his feet when he first arrived at the London Stadium in September, but West Ham certainly claimed a vital boost before the November international break. The Hammers entered the two-week break with back-to-back wins against Burnley and Newcastle in the Premier League, giving them back-to-back wins in the top flight for the first time since February. But the former Wolves manager, who made his return this weekend but is still mired in the relegation zone, understands the importance of finding defensive stability. West Ham have scored at least two goals in four of their last five Premier League meetings, as well as their only clean sheet so far this season. Similarly, Santo’s leaky defense will have some serious questions about its vitality as it sees its EFL Cup adventure come to an end with a 3-2 defeat away to Molineux on August 26.
