Manchester United reportedly are already looking for a signature for a new attack despite spending heavily on new wingers Brian Mbeumo and Mash Kuña this summer.
The Red Devils have not started this term well, despite having completely revamped the Front 3. That’s why Reuben Amorim is probably already putting one eye on top of the previous club’s top talent.
According to a report from Spanish outlet Fichejjes, Man Utd is interested in Francisco Trincao.
Portugal International has an impressive record of 39 goals and 34 assists in 161 appearances in the sport.
Francisco Trincao looks like a need for Winger Manchester United
Of course, there is no guarantee that Trincao will be able to repeat his great shape at United, but his numbers are impressive and he is someone who knows how to do his best.
It will be interesting to see if MUFC decided to step up its tracking of 25-year-olds this January, or if they are ready to wait until summer to see how summer improves as summer passes.
Mbeumo looked like a top performer at Brentford, but Cunha was also very impressed with the wolves, so there’s always a risk that Trincao and someone else would retreat in Old Trafford as well.
Unfortunately for United, it was a theme that had many of their signatures from the post-seal’s Alex Ferguson era.
Many recent United signatures flop
Antony, Jadon Sancho, Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee are other recent examples of players who won before joining.
In some cases, Antony and Hoilund, etc. were also quickly improved after they were allowed to leave.
However, Trincao could be a safer bet because Amorim knows him well.
