West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus reportedly prioritizes moving to Tottenham if he decides to leave London Stadium.
Ghana International had a great first season at West Ham before their slightly disappointed second campaign, but he still appears to be attracting a lot of interest in this transfer window.
As of now, Kudus is Tottenham’s top target, according to a report by Athletic’s David Ornstein, and it appears he’s really eager to join the Spurs again.
This follows Fabrizio Romano, who has previously mentioned Cudus’ interest from Chelsea, but perhaps the Blues doesn’t seem to like him…
Athletics also claim that Kudus has a £85 million release clause for the Premier League club, but now it’s hard to imagine anyone eager to pay him so many.
Fabio Parachti wants to take Mohamed Kudus to Tottenham
According to TBR Football, Spurs Chief Fabio Parachti seems to really like Kudus.
The 24-year-old may not be at the top of his game at this point, but TBR’s report explains that Parachty sees him as someone whose new manager, Thomas Frank, can work well.
Frank probably managed to help revive Kudos’ career, especially as he did an incredible job with Wingers Brian Mbemo and Joane Wissa at his former club Brentford.
Does Kudus need to join Chelsea or Spurs?
Kudus will probably get more playing time at Tottenham than at Chelsea.
Both clubs will take a big step for Kudus as they will be in the Champions League next season, but in some ways the Spurs look like a gamble.
Even if they won the Europa League final, it wasn’t the best season for THFC. The club has become very close to the relegation zone.
