West Ham United is planning a bold summer move for Southampton duo Aaron Ramsdale and Tyler’s Diling.
Outlet Football Transfer revealed that Hammer is aiming to bring two British people in the summer.
With Southampton wandering on the brink of relegation, it is expected that some of their key players will depart, and West Ham has positioned himself as a serious candidate for Ramsdale.
“There was blood everywhere!” – Which Man Utd Legend birthday party was “smashed down?” by this shocking incident?
The goalkeeper arrived at St. Mary’s last summer on a £25 million move from Arsenal, but endured a difficult spell on the south coast. After struggling with match times in North London, Ramsdale regularly searched for a few minutes in Southampton, but as Premier League status hangs in the thread, he could move again.
West Ham is believed to view Ramsdale as a long-term alternative to Alphonse Areola. But they are not the only clubs in the race. Chelsea also discussed Ramsdale’s goalkeeping options for next season, but they have not yet made a formal approach.
Divives attract attention from Spurs and West Ham
West Ham’s interest is not limited to Ramsdale. They are also believed to maintain the close tabs of Tyler Diving, one of Southampton’s most promising young talents.
England Youth International is highly regarded within the academy in Southampton, but his future is uncertain as the club faces relegation. Tottenham also secured his signature and views him as a potential future star.
With the summer transfer window approaching, West Ham aims to add a mix of youth and experience to its team. While Southampton’s relegation has not been confirmed yet, the possibility of a drop into the championship means that Ramsdale and Diling could depart.
