The Los Angeles started their season in Japan, but the story of the defending champions ruining baseball has not succumbed to it.

Kirby Yates, one of the final stars to acquire for the this winter, revealed that the team is not interested in the story.
“I don’t think anyone in the clubhouse cares… people who don’t like it, don’t they?” he said.
Some baseball fans have even said that the are the evil empire of baseball, but players continue to dismiss their complaints from angry fans.
“We don’t see us as villains,” Blake Snell said. “We see us as a team we want to win. If other teams and fanbase want to upset, we know what to do. Follow what the are doing.”
President Stan Kasten best explained it when he shared why the defending champions are improving the game rather than not ruining baseball.
“And on our entertainment side, it’s really good that a team loved by fans comes out in a record number of teams, leading everything in baseball.
“And this also contributes to strengthening the globalization of central baseball around the world. So it’s a win-win. This is really good for baseball. I have no doubt about it.”
