Los Angeles manager Dave Roberts provided a (eventually) positive update to superstar Shortstop Mookie Betts.
Roberts said Betts could eventually digest the solid hood ahead of the second game in the Highway Series against the Los Angeles Angels and could return to action for Tuesday’s Freeway Series finale.

Betts will do full training at Stadium on Monday and will play on Tuesday. If everything goes well, he should be able to play on Thursday’s first day with the Detroit Tigers.
