The Los Angeles lost three games in a row as they dropped their second contest to the Washington Nationals (8-2) on Tuesday.
On Tuesday there were more roster moves as a pitcher was called in place of Blake Snell and another pitcher was sent back to Triple A. The Southpaw, which started Tuesday, allowed eight hits and eight runs in five innings. Another roster move is coming as the team calls Landon Knack to start Wednesday’s game.
Speaking of Snell, he’s unfortunately closed from all sorts of throws this week. Two Cy Young Award winners have been dealing with shoulder discomfort for several weeks, but no other medical interventions are required.
Finally, Heisen Kim has been captivating diamonds at Triple A. Oklahoma City. The infielder is testing his hands in the center field. This is the position the currently lack deep.
