Tottenham is reportedly confident that he will seal the transfer of reel midfielder Angel Gomez this summer.
England International shines during League One, but is now approaching the end of his era while approaching the end of his contract in France.
According to TBR Football, he appears to be a great opportunity in the market, so Tottenham seems to believe they are in a strong position to snap him up.
Gomez is a great signature to bolster this Spurs’ side, and it appears they have had a difficult season and will definitely need to make changes for their next campaign.

According to TBR Football, Gomez has approached from several clubs, but Tottenham has long pursued the youth at Manchester United.
It will be interesting to see Gomez return to British football after he struggled to break into the Man UTD team early in his career.
The 24-year-old now looks ready to step up to play for the top Premier League club, and he certainly managed to have a positive impact on THFC.
Interestingly, there was also a recent talk that United himself could re-sign Gomez to play sports this summer.
The Red Devils, like the Spurs, have a very disappointing season, so they need to be wary of dealing in bargains like this.
Gomez is one of many talented young English players and has done well to move abroad to gain more play time and development potential.
Jamie Gittens is in a similar situation, with Sky Germany reporting that it will be able to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer.
