Manchester United and Liverpool are among the clubs that are continuing to consider a swooping move of Inform’s Lyon star Rayan Cherki.

Sources with a good understanding of the situation provide information Catch off side Cherki is expected to leave Lyon this summer after gaining interest in January as well.

The talented young Frenchman was subject to inquiries from Man UTD and Liverpool during the January window. Catch off side It was reported at the time, and sources hope to try again for him in the summer.

Cherki has been impressed with Lyon this season, earning a total of 10 goals and 17 assists in all competitions, including a goal against United in a 2-2 draw in the Europa League this week.

Arsenal, Tottenham, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund will also remain teams to watch in the race signed by Cerki. Catch off side I understand.

Cherki has a great natural talent and is certainly a joy to watch in the Premier League, giving United a much needed offensive spark, especially.

The Red Devils will need flops and misfit upgrades like Marcus Rashford and Antony, but Alejandro Garnacho hasn’t seen the best at this point either. It probably isn’t suitable for Reuben Amorim’s system.

But Cherki is good enough that he can become someone United can build, but he definitely has become an upgrade for Diogo Jota, who is prone to injuries to Lewis Diaz and Anfield.

Speaking with Cherki earlier this week about BBC Sports, former Arsenal defender Ainsley Maitland Niles gave a very high praise for Cherki.

“He’s the best natural talent I’ve ever seen. He’s an absolute master, a wizard with the ball,” Maitland Niles said.

“He takes the chances of helping us, dragging, dragging, dragging, and dragging us by bringing people together and getting them crazy. He’s a genius.”

Cerki is certainly too good to stay in Lyon for a much longer period of time, so it would be interesting to see how this saga develops in weeks and months.
