According to recent reports, Burnley is currently in the transfer battle with Leeds United as he wants to sign the “unique” Ipswich town star.

Clarett only confirmed his promotion to the Premier League on Monday evening, but already Scott Parker and the club’s chief are working in the transfer business ahead of the opening of the summer transfer window.

Burnley wants to sign Flam Ace, who previously won a promotion under Parker

Burnley is about to sign a player who has previously worked with a manager.

EFL Pundit Lee Hendrie is claimed that Jonjo Shelvey is likely not in Turf Moor next season. The midfielder’s contract expires at the end of the campaign, and according to Hendry, he may not be offered a new deal.

That may be because Burnley already has his replacement in mind. Because, to play sports for me, Claret is now interested in signing Fulham’s Harrison Reid, a player Parker is well known when he was working at Craven Cottage.

Fulham is said to be trying to bolster the middle of the summer, and Reid can leave if he receives the right offer. This warns Burnley, who is about to sign a contract as Clarett tries to bring Premier League experience to his team.

But it’s not just the midfield that Claret is trying to bolster, as Burnley is interested in signing George Hurst from Ipswich this summer, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

O’Rourke says not only is Lancashire interested in Hearst, but championship rival Leeds is also keen to secure a striker contract.

But both sides can offer Premier League football, but Ipswich doesn’t want Hearst to leave. O’Rourke says the tractor boys are trying to avoid interest by bringing the striker into a new contract.

With Hurst currently earning £27,500 a week in Ipswich, stakeholders may have to increase significantly to improve what their current employers are offering.

The 26-year-old, dubbed “unique” by Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna, has had to be extremely patient this season, starting only three of the 21 Premier League matches he has played. Hurst scored two goals in the process, and his latest goal was scored in March in a 4-2 loss to Nottingham Forest.

Ipswich still has time as Scotland International is still on a contract until 2027, but Burnley and Leeds can both offer another chance to play in the Premier League.
