Ty Lue had many admiration for one of his Clippers players for making strong changes to both ends.
The LA Clippers won their first home playoff victory at their new home, The Intuit Dome. They dominated the Denver Nuggets for a 2-1 lead.
It was a great environment in the arena as Clippers fans appeared on their side. Perhaps David Adelman claims that the arena noise motivated the Clipper’s Pump to be bigger than ever.
It was a battle of stars as Kauhi Leonard and Nikola Djokic scored 21 and 23 points respectively. Chris Brussard’s point about the influence of Leonard and Jokic turns out to be true.
However, there was one Clippers star around him that impressed Ty Lue, and even the opposing players were forced to sing his praises.

After the Clippers’ victory, head coach Tyrone Lou had many kind words to Nicholas Batam. The French forward scored 12 points in a big win.
Lue pointed out that Batum has a decent playoff experience but still doesn’t cross his boundaries. Above all, he praised Batam for being such a strong presence in the courtroom.
“(Nicholas Batam) is in a big game. He understands his role and is the star of his role.
“He’s an incredible connector and everyone loves to play with him.”
Batum delivered 12 points and 5 assists in the offensive end. And on the defensive side, he came up with three huge blocks to protect the Clippers’ lead.

“They were all pretty good… Batam is crazy. I don’t know how old he is, but he filmed Dip Three in the full court press and pacing very well.”
“How old is he?
Batum has been with the Clippers since the 2020-21 NBA season and has made it to the Western Conference finals at The Side.
His level of experience can play an Al Horford-esque role with the Clippers, especially when it comes to playoff basketball.
