Kendrick Perkins was extremely unhappy with the way one Rockets star played throughout the series, but he also praised the Warrior Star.

The Houston Rockets lost to the Golden State Warriors in Game 4. This means that the second species in the western is 3-1 in the first round series.

Fans were stunned when Brandin Podziemski became an unlikely star for the Warriors. The young Warriors standout dropped 26 points in the victory.

But it was Jimmy Butler who stole the show completely. Butler suffered a rather rough injury against the Rockets in Game 2.

And despite not recovering completely after missing the previous match, Butler returned tonight to score 27 points in a big victory.

Speaking about ESPN’s sports center after the game, Kendrick Perkins acknowledged Jimmy Butler’s incredible performance against the Rockets.

He noted that he was suffering and it was surprising that Butler would be able to put him in the shift he made. Perkins pointed to the rebounds that serve his game as a perfect example of what he brings to the warriors.

“He was huge… When you talk about Jimmy Butler, he embraces it all. He’s a Swiss Army knife. Whatever you want him to do, he’s going to do it…”

“I thought the rebound was huge in its final possession. I’m going up into the sky and staying with the monster in the trench with a big blowjob to get the rebound… I thought it was huge.”

“A great game all over the board for Jimmy Butler. But this is what he brought to the table for the Golden State Warriors. He gave them life.”

Perkins praised the one warrior star, but the same could not be said about the overwhelmed Rocket star.

In the same segment of SportsCenter, Perkins unearthed Jalen Green the way he played in this first round series.

He believes Green, who had only one game that scored over 10 points in the series, needs to do more and become the leader of the Rocket.

“We need more. Fred Vanvriet was great. But the person who was inconsistent and totally no-show except for one game in this series is Jalen Green. His game has to be carried over, so I haven’t seen this series.”

But being as critical as Perkins, he defended Jalen Green on social media after comments about Jalen Green went viral.

“Yes, Jalen Green is struggling, but some are casual people who have never played the game at any level, let alone the playoffs.

With this series going on, it’s hard to see the Rockets bounce back. They seem too inexperienced compared to warriors.
