After an epic Game 6 encounter tied the series 3-3, Ty Lue issued a strong statement about the Clippers’ thinking heading into Game 7 with the NBA Playoffs Nuggets.

The Los Angeles Clippers were held in a tense Game 6 with their home Denver Nuggets to win a 111-105 victory. This sets up a delicious game 7 that determines the series.

James Harden has strengthened his playoff legacy with his play this season and has been committed to winning the team on Thursday night.

Harden scored 28 points and he was properly helped by Kawi Leonard’s 27 and Norman Powell’s 24. What made it special was that Beard played almost the entire game.

Ty Lue brings a lot of credit for managing the roster in the way he secured this victory. After winning Game 7, the Clippers coach appears excited that his team will already play it.

Coach Lou has an unwavering faith in his players, he praised the early Unsung Clippers heroes early in the series. And he also knows how to motivate his army.

The series is as evenly matched as possible, with few separating the two teams. Everything can happen in Game 7, but Lou isn’t scared.

“We just have to go for it, do you know?” Lou said at a post-match press conference. “I’ll put everything on the line.

“These (moments) are what you live. You grew up in the playoffs, game 7 as a child. So you need to be ready.

“In particular, defensive thinking, you’re offensive and aggressive, attacking paint, attacking baskets and going from there.”

The Clippers and Kawi play the best playoff basketball they have in years. Paul Pierce even described it as “the purest form of basketball” in the first half of the series.

And the control of both ends was on display in the third quarter of Game 6. A perfect example is the nugget’s scorelessness for almost five minutes on a 12-0 run.

Many analysts and fans didn’t give the Clippers a chance after the team traded Paul George before the start of this season.

But with the genius of Ty Lue, Beard and Klaw both managed to get the clock back in and put all these stories to bed with Game 7 victory.
