Flamengo’s 21-year-old right back Wesley has emerged as one of the most popular talents in the upcoming transfer period.

Known for his offensive quality, Wesley has attracted interest from several European giants, including Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Barcelona. I caught an offside sauce.

Chelsea is the first to reach out to Wesley’s representatives and express their interest in securing his services.

Blues is ready to offer around 20 million euros, while Flamengo is pending at rates close to 30 million euros to 35 million euros.

The negotiations are expected to be strengthened at the Club World Cup, where both clubs participate, offering Chelsea the opportunity to observe Wesley

Liverpool is looking for heirs of Alexander Arnold

Liverpool is also in the mix, and Wesley considers him to succeed Trent Alexander Arnold.

Liverpool’s reconnaissance department has been monitoring Wesley for over a year, and the club has taken an informal approach to Flamengo regarding the possibility of transfers.

Man City has shown similar interest, with Wesley’s agents reportedly travelling to the UK to discuss potential moves with both Liverpool and City.

Arsenal is in the race and is looking to bolster its right-back option. The gunners have begun contact with Wesley’s camp and are reportedly willing to respond to Flamengo’s 35 million euro valuation.

Wesley’s Flamengo rank rise is impressive. Since joining the club’s youth setup in 2021, he has made over 100 appearances for senior teams, making a significant contribution to domestic and continental campaigns.

His excellent performance has earned him a call for the Brazilian national team. The young man also received two caps for his country.

The race to sign him will be fierce this summer, as there are some of the world’s biggest clubs fighting for his signature.
