Liverpool is interested in signing Chelsea attacker Christopher Nukank at the end of the season, and manager Arne Slott is confident in reviving his career.
According to a report via Fichajes, Liverpool wants to sign the 27-year-old French attacker in the summer. He had a mixed spell at Chelsea and he couldn’t live up to his expectations. It will be interesting to see if Liverpool can close the transaction.
The players are also linked to other Premier League clubs.
Christopher Nukank is overwhelming
Given his situation at Chelsea, they want to sign him for a reasonable amount. The player has been in top form since moving to England, but he has 14 goals for his name this season. Nkunku got five assists along the way.
It would be interesting to see if he’s open to join Liverpool in the summer. They are one of the largest clubs in the world and have just won the Premier League title. They have consistently pushed major trophies and could be an attractive destination for French attackers.
Nkunku is desperate to get back to his best, and slots are confident in making the most of him. It is still unknown how the situation will develop.
Liverpool can use more attack depth
Liverpool hopes to agree to a reasonable deal with the 27-year-old Chelsea. Darwin Nunes has linked his move away from the club and needs to replace South America. He’s been extremely overwhelming for them this season.
The Nkunku is versatile enough to operate anywhere on the front 3, and he adds goals and creativity to the sides. If he could get back to his best, he could change Liverpool with his offense.
