West Ham United manager Graham Potter has been under a lot of pressure after a disappointing performance from his team in recent weeks.
West Ham hasn’t won in their last eight games yet. There were also rumours that Potter could show the door before the new season began.

He has previously shown his pedigree as Brighton’s Premier League manager, but there’s no doubt that he’s enough for West Ham. It is still unclear whether he will be able to get things back on track at the London Club.

West Ham needs to bounce
West Ham has a quality team and they are expected to get better. Patience is clearly running thin, so if he wants to stay as the club manager, Potter must turn things around quickly.
If the results don’t improve, it’s not surprising that West Ham decides to pull the trigger. Managers need to control things even behind the scenes.
It will be interesting to see how things develop over the next few weeks. Players and fans are clearly annoyed at the moment, and if things don’t improve anytime soon, the hammer will need to change this summer.
