Manchester United reportedly added Fiorentina striker Moise Keene to its list of targets in the summer transfer window.
Italian International has had a slightly higher and lower career so far, but it appears that they have really found his best shape in Serie A this season.
Keene used to flop in the Premier League, but has long been considered a big prospect in Italian football. He has scored 24 goals and three assists in 40 matches this season in all club and country competitions.
According to Foot Mercato, Kean has now become Man Utd’s radar as Red Devils is trying to add the firepower they need to attack next season.
Can Moise Kean Aid Manchester United goals score the hard work?
While it’s not easy to deal with the pressure and expectations of trying to bring this United Side back to the top of the table, it certainly looks like a very easy task to see better than the current attacking players.
Marcus Rashford and Antony were in really poor form before they were loaned out, and Reuben Amorim certainly never brought them back.
Meanwhile, others like Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee will flop with Old Thel Ford, and Kean will be able to come soon and offer more target threats.
Should Moise Kean wait for a better forwarding offer?
But Keene might work out to wait for this rather than accepting a potential offer from United.
The 25-year-old looks good enough to aim a little higher. MUFC does not necessarily plan to offer European football next season.
And even if that’s the case, Keene probably knows so many players whose careers fell back when they moved to United during their post-seal Alex Ferguson days.
