The first trip to Africa in the Professional Fighters League on July 26 will also include the Champions Series section, headlined by undefeated stars Johnny Eblen and Dakota Diccheva.
Now deceased Bellator champion and 16-0 in the sport, Eblen defends his 185-pound belt against Costello Van Stinis, and the 2024 PFL flyweight champion will face Munico Inaba on events other than the title.
The PFL Africa section of the event will launch a continental eight-man heavyweight and bantamweight tournament.
Eblen (16-0) defended his title last in a rematch with Fabian Edwards, winning by unanimous decision. Van Steenis (16-3) enters the cage from the finish on top of Bellator and PFL Gregory Babene and Joao Vitor Dantas, respectively.
Diccheva (14-0) claimed the PFL European Tournament that year in 2023, keeping momentum in 2024 with three dominant first-round stops and a championship beatdown against UFC veteran Thera Santos.
INABA (8-1) fought his entire career under Bellator Banner, moving to the PFL after the merger, and finished Mackenzie Stiller with a recent appearance in September 2024.
