BMW reportedly identified two riders who could replace Toprak Razgatlioglu.

Razgatlioglu has been speaking out about his desire to leave the World Superbike Championship in 2026 and win a MotoGP ride.

Honda and Yamaha are likely interested in getting a real-life World BK champion signature.

If you lose a star rider throughout the championship, BMW’s WorldSBK project will make a big hole.

BMW finds two potential Toprak Razgatlioglu alternatives

According to GPONE, BMW met the managers of two potential alternatives for Cremona Paddock’s Razgatlioglu in the final WorldSBK round.

Ducati’s Nicolo Brega and Yamaha’s Andrea Rocatelli are the riders in question.

BMW boss Sven Blusch spoke with Mattagelli of Alberto Martinelli, manager of Buloge and Bulge, and Danesi, manager of Skatelles.

Bulega and Locatelli have not signed Ducati and Yamaha respectively at the end of this season.

Bulega spoke about his desire to remain as an Italian manufacturer that gave him a chance at WorldSBK.

Locatelli has granted consideration of any offers that came his way from his current employer Yamaha in 2026.

Locatelli caught his eye with an unexpected race victory at Assen, as he was without his respected teammate Jonathan Lea.

Meanwhile, Brega is currently ahead of champion Razgatrioguru and outscoring World BK rankings.

BMW still wants to keep Razgatlioglu, and it is suggested that the rider’s cheating with the MotoGP team could be finished if he is given the Big Money offer.
