After making a trio of powerslaps, they proceeded to 2-0-1 in the process, with “12 Gauge” calling on Dana White to give him a crack by becoming the first female champion in the promotion.

Walp, Van Zandt appears to get her wish. As reported by MMA Fighting, previous UFC, BKFC, AEW and Misfits boxing stars performed it with Brown in Power Slap 13, with the winner emerging as the first ever female power slap flyweight champion.
The event takes place one day before UFC 317 goes down within T-Mobile Arena.

Van Zandt slapped her in June 2024, beating Christine Walmalan by unanimous decision. Four months later, she went to a unanimous draw with Chelsea Dodson, then returned to the victory column with a decisive 30-27 scorecard against Brown.
Before slap the fight, “12 gauge” dropped consecutive matches under the BKFC banner, losing to British Hart and former UFC foe Rachel Ostovic. PVZ also fought a split draw with Elle Brooke at last year’s Misfits Boxing 15. It was said that the two were in discussions for an immediate rematch, but the fight never came to fruition.
Van Zandt’s UFC stint stopped in 2020, ending her six years of running, making her 5-4 within the Octagon.
