Kendrick Perkins exploited his own playoff experience at OKC Thunder to explain their advantages.
The Oklahoma City Thunder faces the toughest Tests as a young team. With the Denver Nuggets winning Game 6, they have to play tough Game 7 on Sunday afternoon.
Shy Gilgaus Alexander admitted that the stakes for lightning are higher than ever. And what makes this even more stressful is that Thunder has never been in this position before.
Meanwhile, the Denver Nuggets played in the game just seven weeks ago and came out with the winner. As much as the Thunder has a better team, experience is not on their side.
However, Kendrick Perkins believes there is one element in Game 7 that few people have to consider, and it’s enough for lightning to win.

When he appeared at the Sports Center, Kendrick Perkins spoke about hoping to head to Game 7 between the Nuggets and Thunder.
Back at his time with Thunder, Perkins admitted that OKC’s home cloud creates an intimidating playoff environment.
“I think Oklahoma City won this series in seven games. I think all the young people are trying to feed the energy of that arena. I played it in that arena.
“Role players play better at home. I hope Cason Wallace, Lu Dort and those guys will raise the game and bring a certain type of tenacity…

Perkins added that the younger Thunder team will be highlighted about their prospects of playing their first game 7, but the crowd will help reduce some of that stress.
“Game 7, giving you ads***, it’s stressful like hell. They won’t play again until Sunday, so I hope I’ll lose sleep and highlight hell.”
“Because it’s part of the playoffs, especially when you’re trying to get it done, you’re going to win the championship and advance to the next round and reach the conference final.”
“That should be stressful. I think this OKC team will take this opportunity to stand up just because it feeds that crowd in Oklahoma City…”
The Nuggets must overcome not only the talented Thunder team, but also the noisy playoff environment. Even LeBron James has become a victim of this environment. Therefore, the nugget must maintain its head.
