As long as they are interested in signing a new left-back, they are deeply tied to the moves of Bournemouth Milos Kerquez, and the latest report suggests they are bolstering their efforts to sign him.

Sky Sports Reporter Florian Plettenberg reports that the Reds established contact with Premier League side Bournemouth while they were about to complete their signature as Hungarian defender.

Plettenberg wrote in his X account:

“Milos Kerquez is on the FC Liverpool list. They are determined to take him as the new left back, and we’ve confirmed.

“Liverpool is currently in contact with Bournemouth.

“If Kerkez’s deal does not pass, Jorrel Hato (19, Ajax) is another name in the list of LFCs.”

He has been revelation under Andoni Iraaura this season, and impressed him with his offensive and defensive qualities.

The Merseyside Club has Brighton striker Joa Opedro on the radar that can be signed to replace Anfield’s Darwinnes.
