LeBron James was selected to the All-NBA second team for his brilliance with the LA Lakers in the 2024-25 regular season.
He averaged a split of 24-7-8 in the season and again ignored his father’s time with his performance.
His team fell in the first round of the playoffs, but LeBron James’ performances throughout the season were fantastic and deserved another All-NBA selection.
This is his 21st time he has been named to the All-NBA team, and is the best in the history of the game.
The second behind him on the list is Kobe Bryant, Kareem Abdul Jabber and Tim Duncan with a selection of 15.
While everyone was celebrating the four-time NBA champion, former Detroit Pistons player Isaiah Thomas also took part in, offering flowers to his longevity.
Thomas recently summoned James after being seen in a shooting filmed by the 40-year-old shirtless.
However, he remembered to give his flowers to the 21 All-Stars his contributions to a basketball game.
Thomas said:
“It’s hard to do that at this time of year when he’s still playing, and those who have played against him in the last 20 years don’t want to give him that, because you still have to compete.
“But they’re out of the league and they look back and see them number one on the points, number one on rebound, number one on steel. I mean he’s the top five in all basketball categories.
“It’s never been done in all sports. He’s 1-of-1.”
It’s difficult to play basketball sports at any level, but playing at the All-NBA level, especially at the age of 40, is an achievement.
James has played in the league for 22 years, so he beats records and continues to claim to be the greatest player ever.
Many people bring him and Michael Jordan in the greatest debate of all time, but what’s uncontroversial is the sparkle James has shown for such a long time.
After joining the All-NBA team for the 21st time, James expressed his gratitude to X.
He tweeted:
Even in his 22nd year, James continues to be criticized when his team faces defeat. This is proof that he is still one of the most reliable players in the league.
Reports say he will play next season again, and while there are hopes for the LA Lakers team, fans are hoping to see the best of another year from King James.
