The New York Knicks experienced another defeat in the Eastern Conference Finals.

After a dramatic game three finish to finally get on the board in the East Final, the Knicks are fighting for postseason survival after Pacer took a 3-1 series lead.

Tyreese Halliburton denied the Knicks’ chance to level up the series as the Indiana Pacers won a 130-121 victory in Game 4.

The Indiana star packed a stat sheet to provide the biggest game of a young playoff career, tallying a great triple double with 32 points, 15 assists and 12 rebounds, but no turnovers.

This time there was no repetition of the Knicks heroics of Karl Anthonytowns after a 50-point burst exploded in Game 3.

There are now great concerns for the Knicks in connection with the town of Karl Anthony that persisted knee injuries.

With less than three minutes left in regulation, the town was defending Aaron Nesmith’s driving attack when his left knee collided with the Pacers.

The town felt pain but managed to continue playing until the final buzzer, finishing with 24 points and 12 rebounds. However, for the rest of the game he visibly limped.

Asked about what he felt with the injury, the town said after the match:

“It’s a shame when you don’t get a victory. We didn’t do enough to get the job done tonight.”

The town will be evaluated once the series returns to New York for Game 5, according to head coach Tom Thibodeau.

Despite maintaining injuries, the town continues to play. But if he becomes a bystander, it would be a devastating blow to the Knicks.

Star Big Man averaged 25.8 points and 11.5 points in shootings over 52% in this series against Indiana. He catalyzed the team in a 106-100 Game 3 victory, scoring 20 of 24 points in the fourth quarter.

“We were a team that found ways to do the impossible when it was always thought impossible,” Towns said of the Knicks’ ability to bounce back this postseason. “We’re just fighting.

“It will be proof of our entire playoffs. Now we have to be in one of the biggest battles of our lives and season. And it starts with the next (game 5).

“We just play games by game. We won’t look ahead. Be concerned about the first quarter of the next game. We’ll deal with the rest later.”
