Chelsea reportedly held recent consultations as they continue to pursue potential deals with Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitique.
The talented young Frenchman shines in the Bundesliga and appears to be able to quickly get big moves.
However, according to RMC sports journalist Fabrice Hawkins, there has been little progress in the potential moves towards Chelsea so far.
Posting tonight on his previous Twitter X, Hawkins says that Chelsea hasn’t broken contacts over Ekitique yet, but for now he’s not too much in the way of progress due to his 100 million euro asking price…
Hawkins said:Chelsea signed Hugo Ekitike this summer and are still considering negotiating with players’ camp. A recent meeting was held between the two political parties.
