The Los Angeles have been constantly chatting about Shohai Otani making his pitching debut in Los Angeles, but the three MVP himself ultimately provided an update of his own.
Otani gave it playfully and easily Athletic The latest updates on his pitching timeline are updated when asked if all star breaks are eligible for returns.

“What do you think?” Otani playfully said, through his interpreter, through Will Eileton.
“You tell me.” Athletic I responded.
“That’s what it is,” Otani said with a shrug.
Otani may have sparked this kind of encouragement debate about his impending return to the mound, what he said after a recent live batting practice.
“I think it has something to do with pitch counting, but at the last live BP, it felt like it was strong and mine was in the game,” the superstar said.
Last week was Otani’s third inning, simulated in the season. His 44 pitch against minor league batters was most thrown in these new variations that increase his process, with pitching coach Mark Pryor giving a passionate review of his process.
“He was doing whatever he wanted in baseball.
Last season was historic for Otani, becoming the first player in MLB history to slug more than 50 home runs while stealing more than 50 bases, but I felt it was unusual for him to focus solely on hitting. Despite the incredible results, Otani said he wanted to go back to his familiar form.
“I feel that being a two-way player that I used to be,” Otani said. “Last year was an extraordinary year for me, and that’s what I’ve come back before.”
In fact, once the three MVPs return to the mound, he appears to be a quick boost to the sick pitching roster. Whether that moment comes before or after the All-Star break, Otani’s return to normalcy will be something the baseball world has never seen before over a century.
