Arsenal could turn to Rodrigo Goes or Anthony Gordon as it was revealed that Nico Williams is likely to seal his move to Barcelona this summer.

Watts has confirmed that Arsenal has some interest in Rodrigo going to Real Madrid, so even if it’s a long-term story that makes up a big part of the summer, it might be something to watch.
The journalist also expressed the view that he can see his passion for proven Premier League players like Newcastle Ace Gordon.
“If you decide to leave Bilbao this summer, there’s clearly a lot of chat at this point, given that he appears to have told all clubs interested in him that he would prefer to move to Barcelona,” Watts said.
“It will be a blow to Arsenal and Mikel Arteta.
He added:
“I know I have an interest from Arsenal, but it feels like something that can run deep into the window.
“It is not yet clear whether Rodrigo will be available, and the hope is that a final decision will be made after Real Madrid’s stay at the Club World Cup.
“So it depends a lot on whether Arsenal wants to wait to see if it is even possible for Brazilians to trade.
“Another name proposed is Anthony Gordon of Newcastle.
“Mikel Arteta loves to sign players in his Premier League experience, including Ben White, Leandro Trossard, Declan Rice, Kai Havertz, Jorginho and others.
“So it wouldn’t be a shock if Arsenal tested the water for someone like Gordon. I think he’s a player who can come in and make a big impact on the Emirates.”
