The Los Angeles Angels announced they will delay the announcement of how they will support Los Angeles immigrant communities following Thursday’s event at Stadium.

“For today’s event, we continue to work with the groups involved in the program, but we need to delay today’s announcement while solidifying the details.

On Wednesday, reports spread that the team plans to announce plans to support the immigrant community on Thursday. However, after an event on Thursday, when the denied access to Ice Agents at Stadium, the team chose to delay the announcement.
So far, the only current opposes immigrant raids in LA is utility man Kique Hernandez.
“I may have been born and raised, but the city adopted me as one of their own,” Hernández wrote on Instagram. “I am saddened and angry at what’s going on in our country and in our cities. The Los Angeles and the fans welcomed me, supported me, showed me nothing but kindness and love. This is my second home.
