Official Mugero MotoGP Records:

Best Wrap: Jorge Martin Ducati 1M 44.504S (2024)

Fastest Race Rap: Francesco Bagnaia Ducati 1M 45.770 (2024)

Aprilia’s Marco Betzecchi and KTM’s Pedro Acosta Finish 2025 Italian MotoGP tied to the top of Muguero’s timesheet.

Betzecchi’s excellent next best time was the Italians officially classified as fast as they were, with the Blood Binder becoming teammate Acosta and title leader Mark Marquez being the fourth-most major Ducati (after sticking to used tires).

Francesco Bagnaia, undefeated at Muguero since 2021, set a fast pace before countryman Betzecchi and Yamaha 2021 winner Fabio Quartaralo moved forward.

Starting the weekend with his brother Alex’s 32-point title lead, Mark Marquez will hit the front right after the 45-minute midway stage and use soft front tires vs Betzecchi, Quartarraro and Bagnaia (revised) hard.

Marquez kept control until Acosta (hardfront) and binder (soft) moved first and second in the final minutes, followed by Betzecchi’s Acosta matching the final lap of the 1M 46.199S.

Maverick Vinales from Binder and Tech3 joined Enea Bastianini this morning to run the Mass Damper system, but Acosta appeared to continue without a “salad box.”

Meanwhile, Bagnaia suspects he can use the large 355mm brakes that helped his Aragon shape for the flowing track layout this weekend.

The Italians looked officially to launch the Muguero event on the standard 340 disc. And then I ran several times in the closure stage before raising my arm in frustration and on my way to the 8th…

Bagnaia and VR46’s Fabio di Giannantonio reportedly have the same name for the new Ducati Fairing, which was recently seen in the Aragon Test. Mark Marquez still had both bikes fitted with the original GP25 aero, but had the latest chassis for the FP1.

Raul Fernandez, a low-pressure truckhouse rider, was the first faller of the weekend, suffering a quick accident with the Arabiata 1 just 10 minutes later, damaging the latest RS-GP parts.

Rookie’s teammate Ai Ogura is back in action after missing Aragon due to a Silverstone leg injury.

HRC’s Luca Marini is again absent from the track due to multiple injuries while testing a superbike at Suzuki in Japan – but exists as an audience.

The Marini will be replaced by Honda Test Rider Takaki Nakagami.

Aprilia’s test rider Lorenzo Sabadri has been replaced once again by world champion Jorge Martin, who was injured in Prilia.

The all-time top speed record of 227.5mph/366.1km/h was set by Brad Binder at the 2023 Mugello Sprint and coincided with fellow KTM rider Pol Espargaro (as a wild card) during practice last year.
