Leading by Olympic medalist and former UFC fighter Mark Madsen, Airtox Dominance FC is introducing a new approach to MMA matchmaking, which draws inspiration from the dating app Tinder.

The promotion is developing a digital platform that fighters and managers can view available matchups and access via apps or websites where they can show their interest by accepting or fading the proposed match. If both parties accept the match, the fight is booked. The system is designed to streamline the matchmaking process, increase transparency and allow fighters to have more direct control over their carriers.
Madsen’s vision is to create more accessible and responsive MMA promotions. He is publicly committed to ensuring that fighter jets or managers contacting AirTox Dominance FC receive responses within 24 hours. This approach aims to address the general complaints among fighters who struggle to get timely communication from promoters.
Madsen explained:
“The 24-hour communication commitment will formally be enacted as soon as you launch a new platform. This is one of the key fundamental elements of the system. It is built with an integrated communications layer that ensures quick, clear and consistent response across the board.”
Airtox Dominance FC’s broader mission is to build what is called the “MMA Champions League” in Europe. The organization has invested heavily in infrastructure, media partnerships and talent development.
He secured an exclusive broadcast agreement with Scandinavian Pluto TV and was able to access a large international audience in North America with Swerve Combat. The promotion was recently billed as the Airtox Fear Nothing Tournament, an amateur competition for eight years, winning the winner’s 50,000 DKK awards and the largest amateur MMA tournament in the Nordic region. The lightweight category of the tournament was selected by the popular vote.
In addition to the event schedule, AirTox Dominance FC is launching an academy focused on grassroots development, aiming to cultivate the talent of the next generation of MMA since Denmark.
Madsen’s goal is to disrupt the traditional European MMA landscape by combining modern technology, fighter empowerment and commitment to high production values. He describes the project as “a strong platform and the raw strength of MMA meets the vision of the superbrand.” The “fearless” mentality, inherited from the spirit of Airtox’s brand, is central to the identity of the promotion, reflected in its willingness to innovate and challenge established norms.
By integrating a Tinder-style matchmaking platform, ensuring rapid communication and investing in both athlete development and audience reach, AirTox Dominance FC has established itself as a new model for European MMA promotions. The organization’s approach is designed to give fighters more power, create new opportunities for talent, and raise the standard for MMA events on the continent
