Rangers sign Fernandez and RothwellIgamane exchange in Ibrox’s dream: Ranger working to sign a £5 million strikerRanger wants to sign Owen Beck

After already welcoming both Emmanuel Fernandez and Joe Rothwell this week, the Glasgow Rangers are reportedly keen to sign the Premier League gem this summer.

Rangers sign Fernandez and Rothwell

GERS is on track with its summer business and things are beginning, so there’s no chance it will slow anytime soon. After welcoming both Fernandez and Rothwell, Russell Martin brought his calls to five after he arrived on the Rangers’ radar with something like Connor Cody before adding to that number.

The latest arrival, Fernandez told the official Rangers website after putting the pen on paper. “I’m honored. It’s a huge club with a great fanbase and I think I can start my career and have a good journey here.

“When I heard about the Rangers, I was shocked because it’s a very big club, but that was where I wanted. I’m not playing at this level. There’s a lot of life changes for me, but that’s what I want to be involved in and I can’t wait to get started.”

Meanwhile, he is equally pleased to be able to participate as well as the people of Ibrox, Rothwell said: “My first reaction? Yes, right away, as the manager came in, the decision became a little easier for me.

The Rangers are watching a move to sign a striker who will become a replacement for Hamza Igamane’s dream.

“I know what type of guy he is and how he wants to do what he was an even bigger pull for me, but the club really speaks for itself.”

This has been the most important week of the summer so far. The Rangers are turning their eyes to welcoming Martin’s other impressive Premier League talent.

Ranger wants to sign Owen Beck

Daily records show Rangers are keen to sign Owen Beck from Liverpool, but they will have to sell Ridvan Irmaz if they move to sign left back in a permanent deal. Recent reports suggest that Premier League champions will accept loan offers to young people, but game times require a guarantee.

It should be a bit of a shock to see Beck find himself on the Rangers radar. The 22-year-old enjoyed an impressive loan spell at Blackburn Rovers last season, and following the arrival of Milos Kerkez’s Anfield, it could require either another loan move or a permanent exit to buy more game time.

Given that he spent his time on loan in Dundee, it’s not the first time that Beck has been featured in Scotland. At the time, their technical director and former Celtic manager, Gordon Strachan, told reporters: “With Owen Beck, you can steal all your data from the player.

“The point is that Owen is a great kid with a great personality. He has a great team ethic and can’t do enough for the people around him. His first thoughts have always been the team, and I like it for younger players. He has become a better footballer. He’s clever.”
