Prior to the fourth test of di-or-die against the UK in Manchester, where the Indian cricket team will be holding its only practice session at the Kent County Cricket Ground from July 23rd, Rishabhpants and Jaspri’s Bumra stole the show with witty jokes.

As reported by PTI, the Indian players were a little exhausted after a tired hour bus ride from London to Kent County Cricket Field in Beckenham. However, once they arrived at the calm and scenic facilities in Beckenham, the atmosphere of Indian camp quickly brightened up.

India’s preparation for the Manchester Test begins with music and laughter

The atmosphere around the Indian dressing room is lively, with music mixed with Hanuman Chalisa to English Pop, and the energetic Punjab tracks created the perfect background for players to chill and enjoy the day at Beckenham.

The report suggests that Indian players enjoy a more relaxed training day at Beckenham, keeping things light and easy before the fourth test.

“Aaj Duggal Ji Behere Hain”: Jasprit Bumrah’s joke with Rishabh Pant

Meanwhile, India’s vice captain and wicketkeeper batter Rishabh’s pants and ace’s fast bowler Jasprit Bumra has added to the hilarious atmosphere.

In a funny moment from an Indian training session at Kent County Cricket Ground, a journalist tried to talk to Rishabhupand from afar, but the Indian wicketkeeper replied, “Kuchunaina Hiderahahain” (I can’t hear anything” and he couldn’t hear him properly.

Soon, Jasplit Bumra jumped in with a witty line. He jokingly ‘Aji Dagal the Beare Hain’ (he plays the deaf person today), a cheeky reference to the line from the popular Bollywood film Muje Shaadi Kalogi. The hilarious reaction of the Indian Pacers has caused everyone to fall into Beckenham’s division.

Meanwhile, Rishabh Pant and Jasprit Bumrah were seen experiencing only light warm-up drills during their Indian training sessions. Both players spent time working in the gym, but did not take part in any intense match-related activities.

Pants, who are now recovering from a finger injury, have been away from batting practice. However, the left-handed batsman is said to be recovering in time for his upcoming fourth Test match against England at Manchester’s Old Trafford Cricket Ground.

Meanwhile, Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj did not bowl during sessions at Beckenham, especially in high-pressure tests that were round the corner, perhaps due to workload management plans by team administrators.

Well, all Indian players except KL Rahul traveled to Beckenham for training. It is still unclear whether Bumrah will rest for the important Manchester Test.
