Arsenal is deeply connected to the movements of Crystal Palace’s Ebeki Eze this summer.
The 27-year-old is an Eagles player and his performances are outstanding. He has linked to several top clubs and Arsenal wanted to sign him.
However, TBR Football reports say Arsenal has abandoned the player’s pursuit. They are ready to move on to other targets for his asking price.
Arsenal Walk Aky Fortion
Graeme Bailey told TBR Football: “Eze is tricky. Steve Parish is well over £60 million, which is a difficult price. Arsenal liked the players, but it seems the move is off for now.
“On the other hand, Arsenal is expected to focus on the reinforcement on the left rather than chasing those considered primarily 10. They won’t make Eze moves at this point, but it’s not entirely impossible.”
Arsenal needs more depth in a wide area
Arsenal needs more depth in their offensive units, and they are looking to bring in someone who can add quality and cutting edge to the sides. They are looking for an attacker on the left. Gabriel Martinelli was extremely overwhelming last season and needs more competition. Signing a trusted attacker is a wise decision.
Arsenal is close to winning the league title, but they couldn’t get past the line. They need that extra quality in the last third. They sign quality strikers at Viktor Gyoker and need to invest in dynamic wide players as well.
Meanwhile, Crystal Palace attackers are hoping to seal off any major moves this summer. Tottenham is keen to secure Ebeki Eze’s signature before the windows close.
