Leicester City is reportedly considering a potential transfer move for Benfica’s Portuguese forward Joa Orego.
The highly rated 20-year-old offensive midfielder has previously been attracting attention from big clubs like Chelsea and Inter Milan after portraying a comparison with the younger Joan Felix.
But now it appears that Lego’s future could be in the championship. Leicester is considering making a slow move for him this summer.
Leicester was relegated last season and is preparing to return to the Premier League this season to compete for promotion.
That requires a good transfer window and LEGO appears to be solidly present in Fox’s plans.
Joao Rego’s move to Leicester City looks like something to be seen
The Portuguese press sources are strongly linked to LEGO and Leicester, but it remains to be seen whether this will lead anywhere.
It is not very clear whether concrete negotiations have been held for the time being or whether the LCFC has made an offer to Benfica for Lego.
However, Leicester fans hope that their club can add such young talent to make an impact on the team both now and in the future.
While it appears that LEGO will be able to add a spark to Marti Sifiently, he will also be a useful long-term investment to help the team move forward in the coming years.
