Patrick Beverly believes that James Harden is so good that fans don’t fully understand the depth of his talent.
James Harden is one of the greatest talents in NBA history. After over 16 years in the NBA, Harden has had an incredible career.
After multiple NBA scoring titles and MVP victories in 2018, Harden solidified himself as one of the decisive players of his time.
But to this day, Hige has faced criticism from fans, especially since Harden hasn’t yet won the NBA championship.
But according to Patrick Beverly, Harden’s talent is beyond praise.
Patrick Beverly recently spoke about James Harden’s gift as a one-on-one player. He believes that the previous MVP will not be recognized for his ball defense, even if he is not a lockdown defender.
Harden is not known for his defense, but he is very fast and can cause problems for players
“Yeah, people don’t realize that James Harden is really crafty with his hands like his bias, his timing. He’s really good at bias.
“I’m not saying he’s AF – a lockdown defender. No, I’m not saying that. But if you ask James Harden to protect, I don’t know, three seconds of Manomano, I think he’ll stop.”
On the subject of playing one-on-one, Beverley has revealed a list of players that thinks playing one-on-one is the best.
“I have to go, Kevin Durant, one on one. I think he said something, he wants to see one-on-one $1 million, etc., I’ve seen it on the internet.
“So I think there are three people who think Kevin Durant will run his money one-on-one. I think the one is Kawi Leonard. I think the two are James Harden, and the three are Anthony Edwards.
“You can’t name Jason Tatum because I’m talking healthy people before people get crazy, you can’t name Kyrie Irving, you can’t name Wenby.
“I’m not naming centers. I’m naming basketball positions. You have no advantage or disadvantage. In turn, I’ll go, Kawi.
Patrick Beverly nominated several players doesn’t coincide with how he shared the team just like he did with a great one-on-one player.
He has had experience playing against these stars during practice sessions and may have used that experience to make a list.
