India’s first bowler Mohamed Shami shared an incredible side of former Captain Dhoni, known as “Captain Cool”. Dhoni is praised for his gentle, composed nature on the field, but Mohammed Shami has made it clear that he is always heartless and not cool in all circumstances.
Shami reveals that Dhoni’s calmness comes from his keen mind and wise approach to the game, not from his keen mind. The fast bowler revealed that Dhoni can show a bit of aggression depending on the situation and what the game demands.

He further noted that if something goes wrong on the field or if teammates don’t follow the plan, Dhoni doesn’t hesitate to fix them strongly. Despite the moments of inspiration, Dhoni is always able to hold back her emotions and guide her team in a unique style.

Mohamed Shami said on the show “Aap ki Adalat” on Indian television:
Shami said Dhoni was really “Captain Cool”. He continues to focus, deal with the pressure in his own way, making wise decisions even when tensions rise during the match. The fast bowler said, “I think he gets frustrated at times, but the captain is cool because he stays with himself. He plays the game his way and takes the game very well.”
When Ms Dhoni lost cool in Mohamed Shami
Meanwhile, Shami also remembered when Dhoni lost his temper towards him. Dhoni strongly olded the young Indian bowler during his 2014 Test match with New Zealand after bowling unnecessary security guards out of dissatisfaction with Brendon McCallum.
Not only that, Shami tried to lie about it by saying it “slid down” from his hand. And Dhoni strictly said to him, “Dekh beta, bohot log aaye mere saamne.

“That response was the most difficult for me.”
The Indian fast bowler said it was the most difficult reaction from Dhoni to him. But Dhoni always helps Shami and shares father-son bonds.
Shami said, “He was a bit mad. In fact, Virat Kohli missed the catch on his 14th run. And he did over 300 runs. After that we had to win the field for two days. He had to hit a shot with a good ball. That was the last ball of lunch. Did you do it?”
