After two games, the Golden State Warriors have proven that they are a force to be reckoned with this season.

In the season opener, the Golden State Warriors easily defeated the Los Angeles Lakers, winning the road game 119-109.

They defeated the Denver Nuggets in overtime, winning 137-131.

Stephen Curry scored 42 points, proving his incredible longevity and skill set shows no signs of slowing down.

And the good news continues for the Warriors.

The Warriors haven’t been completely healthy this season as Moses Moody has been dealing with a calf injury.

He is currently scheduled to return for the next game, the second night of the back-to-back, against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Manager Anthony Slater reports that the Warriors are optimistic that Moody will make his season debut against the Blazers.

Al Horford will not play in the second half of the back-to-back, but Draymond Green is expected to play.

Moody showed flashes in the preseason before the injury, and credited offseason thumb surgery for improving his shooting ability.

Steve Kerr believes Moody is a key point in the defense’s attack and will play a key role when fully healthy.

The Warriors’ depth was noteworthy, even considering that the game against the Nuggets went into overtime.

Nine different players played double-digit minutes, including rookie Will Richard, who was on the court for 17 minutes.

Quinten Post played just four minutes.

Adding Moses Moody would make this deep Warriors roster even better.
