AC Milan has now filed a £33 million offer to the “fantastic” Chelsea player, identifying him as a major target, and according to a new report, they are confident that the deal will be made.
Chelsea’s summer transfer plan
Bruce has built a reputation for stockpiling talented young players. They show no signs of slowing down by completing out-of-window double soups for Sporting CP’s Dario Essugo and Geovany Quenda.
The West Londoners had already been researching the moves of Juventus winger Kenan Ildis, but while AFC Bournemouth centre back Dean Huizen also looked at the centre back of the group, there appears to be no plans to stop there.
So, to fund their transfer business, Enzo Maresca’s side could be forced to cash in on some players during the summer window, and the manager would be willing to sanction Axel Disassi’s permanent departure from Aston Villa Lone.

Enzo Maresca hasn’t messed around with Stamford Bridge…
Maresca is also ready to permanently leave Arsenal lender Raheem Sterling, with Juventus looking to the 30-year-old, and he is not the only winger targeted by one of Italy’s biggest clubs.
According to a report from Spain, AC Milan is currently bidding for 40 million euros (£33 million) on Noni Maduke, identifying the 23-year-old as one of his major goals for the summer transfer period.
Milan is looking at Rafael Rio’s alternatives linked to the move to Stamford Bridge, and believes Maduce could be the perfect candidate.
The Italian giant is confident that the deal will be held at a rate of around £33 million, and the move could be more likely due to the massive competition for the Stamford Bridge location.
“Fantastic” Madueke enjoys an impressive campaign
It’s a shame to see former PSV Eindhoven leave this summer, considering his current campaign was the best he’s ever had with seven goals and three assists in the Premier League.
Maresca was also impressed by the contributions of the attackers, despite acknowledging that there is still much he could improve on.
Although Bruce has many offensive options, the forward was one of the most consistent players before his recent hamstring injury, and he has admitted to building a good relationship with Cole Palmer.
“He’s cold and I have fire so it’s mixed well. He has the ability to play the right passes at the right time, so that’s great.”
So, Chelsea will need to knock back alleged bids from AC Milan, considering they don’t reflect Madueke’s value to the team.
