Fabrizio Romano says that he will be going to Tottenham here to Thomas Frank (Photo: Katherine Evil/Getty Images)
Fabrizio Romano moved the trademark “Go Here” to Tottenham, to Thomas Frank and Tottem, to go closer to Angi Post Cogle.
Despite winning the Europa League final recently, Tottenham had a very poor season with the Post Coglu in 2024/25, finishing 17th in the Premier League table.
Frank’s Brentford side has been much better, finishing 10th and 18 points ahead of the Post-Cogle Spurs.
The Danish tactician looks like an exciting appointment for Tottenham, but it was certainly only a matter of time before he did such a big job…
Posting on X, Romano said: “Thomas Frank will be the new Spurs head coach, where we will sign a contract with the manager on terms and staff, and Brentford will release Frank at a rate in the £10 million region.
What can Thomas Frank bring to Tottenham?

As shown in the table above, Frank had a spell in charge of Brentford, Blondby.
The 51-year-old is unusual in that he doesn’t have his professional career before moving to management, but it appears that he hadn’t had a negative impact on him on his career.
Tottenham needed to make a difference
This has not yet been officially confirmed, but when Romano says “go here,” it can usually be considered as good as the deal made.
Spurs fans certainly are happy to do this. This was resolved quickly, plundering the post-coglu, moving fast, making him seem like the right decision.
THFC won the Europa League, but there were clear indications that things weren’t working under the previous manager.
Tottenham only won 11 games in 2024/25. He lost 22 games and conceded 65 goals.
Even if the trophies were great, there certainly was no way for the club to put another league campaign like that at risk.
