Fiorentina striker Moise Kean has linked his move to Manchester United, but the Italian international has been encouraged to stay with the Serie A club.
The 25-year-old is a standout for Fiorentina, scoring 25 goals last season. Naturally, he has linked to potential moves this summer, with Manchester United being referred to as a potential destination. He is also linked to Arsenal.
Former Fiorentina goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano has argued that Kean should continue with the Italian club for another season and that joining Manchester United might not be ideal. He pointed out that most of their new signs are going badly, but Keene is unlikely to be worse than them.
The striker warned Man United Maube
He said (H/T Fiorentina News): “I hope the boy realizes that Florence can still give him more. In fact, at more coveted stages that he showed he failed, Fiorentina could be ideal for him for at least a year.”
“Manchester’s interest? It’s true that Manchester United doesn’t shine on the sports level, but they’re still one of the most important clubs in football history, with a considerable economic strength.
“Everyone who’s been there lately has done it badly. I think it’s harder for him to do anything worse than he’s already done by his predecessor.”
Man United need Moys Keene
Manchester United need a reliable striker. Italians could prove to be a great addition. He played for England before, but he was unable to showcase his true qualities. He is now at the peak of his strength, and he will try to prove himself in English football if the transfer is made.
Manchester United certainly have the finances to convince Italian clubs to sell players. It is still unknown how the situation will develop. We previously featured a report claiming Manchester United is ready to pay his release clause.
Furthermore, Manchester United will not be able to offer him Champions League football next season. They may not be able to challenge major trophies either. They are experiencing a period of reconstruction. It is still unclear whether Italians will be able to participate in them.
