Arsenal is planning a big summer transfer window as they continue to push to win the Premier League. Defense is an area that appears to be addressed along with the need for new midfielders and star strikers.
It’s no secret that Arsenal is seeking some major signatures this summer. Alexander Isaac and Martin Zubimendi are said to be at the top of their list. However, other options have also been considered, and new defenders may be needed that are expected to move forward, such as Kieran Tierney and Jakob Kiwior.
And that’s where the Yorrel pigeons enter. The talented 19-year-old can play as a left-back. He’s been playing mostly for the Ajax this season or centre-back, and this versatility is appealing to Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta.

Liverpool has been keeping an eye on the pigeons’ moves as a possible replacement for Virgil van Dik, who has yet to commit his future to Liverpool beyond the end of this season. However, they managed to miss out on the talented teenager as TeamTalk reports that Arsenal is also trying to get him away from Ajax.
Hato’s increasing competition is good for Ajax, who previously sought 30 million euros for sale. Now, their asking prices have been reported to have risen significantly, with the plan being to bring in at least 45-50 million euros.
Liverpool and Arsenal may need to be careful of Real Madrid in their respective pursuits, but the La Liga giants reportedly prioritize Bournemouth defender Dean Huyssen’s move.
Whether Hato will move to the Premier League during the summer transfer period, and if so, the team he will be joining remains to be seen. Both Liverpool and Arsenal will feel they can get a deal on the line.
