Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in signing Barcelona defender Jules Caunde at the end of the season.
The 26-year-old French International could potentially be sold in the summer, especially given Barcelona’s current financial situation. According to Fichajes, Arsenal and Chelsea are willing to offer him an exit route, and the gunners are ready to pay 75 million euros to complete the transaction.
Arsenal could use more defensive depth, and the 26-year-old could be an ideal acquisition. He has proven himself in Laliga for many years, and he can operate as a central defender and right back. If Arsenal is able to complete the transaction, his versatility is an additional bonus.
Aside from his defensive qualities, he has excellent distribution from behind and has managed to form solid partnerships with William Saliba, Gabriel Magalges and Ricardo Carafioli.
The defender will also bring leadership skills and victory experience from Barcelona. He was able to prove that it was the ideal acquisition of Arsenal.

Meanwhile, Chelsea is expected to say goodbye to Axel Disazi and Benoit Badiasil in the summer. They need to trade both players and Kunde is an excellent acquisition for them.
